I had trouble paying by Credit Card.

Did you encounter a problem in finalizing the sale that we need to look into? Please let us know the details so we can follow-up.

If the process was halted for another reason and you would like to return and finalize the order we have included the instructions below.

The easiest way is to log back into

In to top right corner - click on My Account / Order Status.

Then click on - review orders / track packages.

Select the order in question (in this case #XXXX) and click the - view change order button.

On the bottom centre of the order you will see the payment information.

You've paid CDN$ 0.00 of CDN$ XXX.XX and below a Pay by PayPal button.
Simply click the “Pay by PayPal” button and proceed with your payment.

Please note - you do not require a PayPal account, you can select and pay with Visa or MasterCard from the PayPal site.
